This Market Reports shows the number of homes sold moved up versus the same time period last year. We started the year behind last year's solds after January and February. March and April have both rebounded above 2009 levels to bring our total above 2009 year to date april 2010. In 2009 the number of properties sold was 4,830, in 2010 for same time period year to date through April we have sold 5,241 in the Cincinnati Multiple Listing Service. This puts us +411 properties over 2009 so far this year.
